The primary strength of Neutron is that we have an excellent customer support system for our product sales, backed by a highly trained team of engineers, who have the reliable assistance of sophisticated computerized ‘Customer Relationship Management’ and ‘Enterprise Resource Planning’ systems, built in-house. The “Real Time – On Line System” monitors customer calls and engineer movements with perfect supervision. This has helped us to bring customer equipment downtime to less than two hours, the best in the Indian Telecom industry. Neutron also carries out regular preventive maintenance on equipment post sales, to eliminate customer downtime. Twenty-two years of painstaking effort have fine-tuned our expertise to a level that few others have dared to emulate. Our list of reference letters stands testimony to this claim. We have a well-established network in most cities across India - through our own offices as well as those of our channel partners - backed by trained technical and support personnel. We operate a Mobile Service Center in Mumbai with an adequate stock of spare parts to speed up restoration.

Neutron is reputed for supporting sophisticated key telephone systems and PABX equipment since 1985. The centrally located Service Centre is equipped to handle repairs down to the component level efficiently.

The Quick-Response Centre
The On-Line Call Management System, developed in-house by Neutron, extends quick and efficient response to a service call. This system monitors customer calls, engineer movement and reduces downtime significantly.

Remote Maintenance
Engineers at Neutron Service Centre use remote maintenance facility of Telephony Systems and connect through serial-port or ISDN to analyze the customer system data. Customer problems are then solved through remote programming.

Mobile Service Vans
Neutron has Mobile Vans which are fully stocked with all spares in order to make these immediately available to customers for replacement.

Neutron HELPLINE - 2414 1054
Neutron has an exclusive telephone line as a Helpline for Neutron Customers on HOW-TO-USE features of Key-Telephone systems. This helpline is enabled with caller-Id and pop-up screen feature. When a customer calls, the calling number is captured and processed by our computer. The customer’s information pops-up on the screen to enable the help-line operator respond faster.

Preventive Maintenance / Annual Maintenance Contract
Preventive maintenance helps optimize the operating life cycle of a system by timely intervention to ensure the system can be maintained in superb condition for years. Pre-scheduled preventive maintenance calls are included in Neutron's Annual Maintenance Contract.
